Tina Keeler, MSN, RN, CCM, is an experienced registered nurse and certified nurse case manager with more than 20 years of experience in clinical care, case management, patient education, healthcare operations, and nursing education.
At West Michigan Case Management Services, Tina provides professional case management and care coordination services for individuals navigating complex medical situations. Her experience includes working with clients involved in auto and catastrophic accidents, workers’ compensation cases, orthopedic injuries, amputations, and other situations requiring coordination among clients, healthcare providers, insurance professionals, and other members of the care team.
Tina brings a broad clinical background and a practical understanding of the challenges that can arise when coordinating medical care and navigating complex healthcare systems.
Professional Experience
Throughout her nursing career, Tina has held clinical, educational, and leadership positions with organizations including Bronson Healthcare, the Bronson School of Nursing at Western Michigan University, RQI Partners, and Spectrum Health.
Her experience includes roles as a charge nurse, preceptor, clinical coordinator, staff development instructor, account manager, vascular access specialist, home health nurse, and case manager. This diverse background has provided Tina with experience across multiple areas of healthcare and a strong understanding of both clinical care and care coordination.
Her clinical experience includes inpatient orthopedic, surgical, general medical, and specialty care, as well as home health and community-based case management.

Tina’s nursing education includes a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Miller College, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
